We’re thrilled to announce that our Co-founder and Head of Clinical Services, Michal Newborn, has won Bank Hapoalim’s “Miss Fix” entrepreneurship competition! Michal is at the forefront of 7 Plus as a visionary leader and clinical psychologist, whose dedication and expertise have driven our organization to success. Alongside her is Shlomo Oman, our Co-founder and CEO, who has also played a critical role in shaping and supporting our mission and its impact.
The Miss Fix the Universe competition, organized by the Israel Women’s Network in collaboration with Bank Hapoalim’s Social Banking Division, provides a platform and support for female-led initiatives working to create a better society.
Out of the 250 ventures submitted, 7 Plus – Circles of Hope was honored to be one of the ten selected winners. This achievement highlights the acknowledgment of the initiative’s importance and its contribution to Israeli society. The award includes a financial grant of 30,000 NIS (New Israeli Shekels (approximately $8,380 U.S. dollars), a one-year mentorship program, and the production of a professional promotional video, which will help further develop and expand our initiative.
