Laurie has significant experience of scaling commercial and not-for-profits organisations. From 2007-2024 he was CEO of Jami, the UK Jewish Community’s mental health charity providing treatment and support to adults, children and carers. With a professional background in engineering, Laurie has developed a reputation for innovation, reducing stigma and impact measurement in mental health services, most notably through use of the pioneering Head Room Café concept
